Today, Toot Sweet Cupcakes had the pleasure of being a part of a very special occasion, a 1st birthday. The theme of the party was fun-filled and bright safari. We were asked to create a special two tiered chocolate cake with raspberry and strawberry filling. Yum! This is what we created:The characters are handcrafted by moi, from a gumpaste/fondant mix. I especially love the hippo. So sweet looking.
