72 mini cupcakes

72 mini cupcakes for a very special little boy. The cupcakes best friend had his baptism today and we were very happy and honoured to be a part of this celebration.

So we baked up 72 mini cupcakes, 24 black forest cupcakes, 24 White chocolate cupcakes with strawberry cheesecake frosting and 24 mocha cupcakes with mocha frosting. Yum-o

I forgot to take a picture of them all together, but we were sitting in a sea of cupcake goodness. In addition, we thought it only proper it being Mother's Day and all to provide the fabulous Mama's of South Edmonton Momstown two dozen blackforest and white chocolate strawberry cheesecake cupcakes to help them celebrate. I hope you ladies all enjoyed the goodies and pampering.

Mocha Cupcake Guitar

Music to our ears, a beautiful cupcake guitar. We were contacted last week by a client asking if we could make a guitar cake....Ahhhh, we've never done one, but, yeah, I guess we could try a cupcake guitar cake...why not.

Cupcakes for the little cupcake

After all the tea, not decaf, I had some energy to spare, so I baked the cupcake, her first cupcakes. Blueberry cupcakes, unfrosted, can't give the little cupcake too much sugar. I hope she likes them. I figure she likes blueberries, so she may like these? I'll let you know.

Tea parties across Canada

Congratulations to the happy couple, in honour of their matrimony, Toot Sweet created some Chai Tea Latte cupcakes. They were delicious. A nice chia latte flavouring well balanced with a whipped cream topping.

As you can see, not all the cupcakes are frosted just the one I wanted to eat right away. I love Starbucks Chai Tea Latte's so it was only a matter of time before I finally came around to making these. And they were worth the wait.

Spice with a hint of sweet they were neither overpowering nor over sweet. Fluffy delicate cupcakes, fit for the royal wedding.
